If you are ordering with check or money order,you must provide all information on the
page so that
we can ship your order in a timely manner.
Sale orders made from individuals other than bookstores, libraries, educational institutions and
wholesalers via internet; must be paid in advance. We accept money orders, checks, and credit cards.
Sale amount
is in US Dollars. All payments must be in the form of US Dollars/and or drawn from a US Bank.
If necessary, there will be a fee for all checks that have insufficient
funds.
Although we pack our shipment
carefully, mistakes could happen along the way. Damaged books caused by shipment may be exchanged only within 30 days of purchase.
L&J Publishing and Graphics must be notified by phone, within 14 days of receipt.
You must have proof of purchase or original invoice# for an exchange.
Original invoice# will be provided to you at time of purchase.
It is your responsibility to RETURN AND PACKAGE all damaged books properly: the same way they
were shipped to you.
Damaged
books will be replaced and returned promptly at no cost to you upon receipt.
Replacement copies will be shipped through media mail and will take 3-9 business
days. Large orders may take longer.
Upon
phone request, we will ship through other mailing services for an additional charge.
