LOGO DESIGN AGREEMENTS

THESE ARE THE AGREEMENTS THAT WILL BE FAXED TO YOU TO SIGN THROUGH THE LOGO DESIGN PROCESS.

AGREEMENT #1
 
I am satisfied with step #1. I feel that both the artist and I have an understanding on the "basic concept" or general idea of what I desire in my logo.
I realize that this is a step by step process consisting of the four steps described on the graphics page. I also realize that the logo will not be complete to my satisfaction until I sign agreement #4.
Knowing this, I am ready to move on to step #2

AGREEMENT #2
 
I am satisfied with step #2. I understand that these 6 design sketches are "sketches" only. From these, I will choose 1 design and refine it to my satisfaction together with the artist.
I am satisfied with the design of my choice and I agree to make a payment of 1/2 down before moving on to step #3.

AGREEMENT #3
 
I am satisfied with step #3.
All fonts, colors and placement changes of the design are complete.
The artist has refined the design of my choice to my satisfaction.
Knowing this, I am ready to move on to step #4, and agree to make payment #2.

AGREEMENT #4
 
The artist has sent me a sample of the finished product.
I am completely satisfied with my logo package.
Therefore; it can be put into print, and I will make the final payment.
I understand that once it is put into print the job is final. All changes must be made during step #3.
